In 1997, RDO Equipment Co. acquired Midwest Mack, its first heavy-duty truck dealership, and renamed the new subsidiary RDO Mack Sales & Service. The next year, RDO Equipment Co. acquired Hall GMC, adding GMC, Isuzu, and Volvo to its portfolio of original equipment manufacturers (OEM).
In 2007, Ron Offutt purchased the truck stores from RDO Equipment to form RDO Truck Center Co. At the same time, Kenny Useldinger, General Manager, was named President and purchased an equity position in the new company.
RDO Truck Centers is a regional dealership group that sells, leases, and repairs Mack and Volvo heavy-duty trucks, and Isuzu and Hino medium-duty trucks.

- Purchased the assets of Twin Bridges Truck City with locations in Davenport and Dubuque, IA.
